At Barhleykiss Collections, we are committed to delivering high-quality handmade beaded bags, waist beads, and bead collage artworks. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is returned within 3 days of delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Waist beads that have been worn or altered
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund where replacement is not possible

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

6. Handmade Product Notice

All Barhleykiss products are handmade. Therefore:

  • Slight variations in color, bead arrangement, or design are normal
  • These are not considered defects
